INGREDIENTS

  • 8-10 deseeded litchi
  • 1cup coconut water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1tsp sugar (optional)
  • 5-6 fresh mint leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a blender jar, Add the deseeded litchi, sugar and mint leaves .blend these ingredients together until smooth .
  • now add 1 cup of coconut water and ice cubes and grind again for 10 sec only.
  • Pour it into a glass and top it with spring of mint leaves.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Soak the Gond Katira overnight.
  • In a blender jar add curd, sugar, water and ice cubes and grind it for a minute.
  • pour the prepared lassi in a glass and add 1 1/2 tbsp soaked Gond Katira and mix it well.
  • On top of lassi, add Rooh Afza (Optional)
